Keller Williams Elite – Commercial Electrical and ESCO Security

MVE Group partnered with Keller Williams Elite and CSD Construction to renovate their new 17,649 Sq Ft office in East Petersburg. MVE upgraded their main service from 200 amps to 600 amps to support their new HVAC system.  MVE also installed 197 LED flat panel ceiling lights that are easily controlled by a Lutron lighting system.

ESCO Security brought their building up to code by installing a Kidde VS4 fire alarm system.  ESCO also installed a burglar alarm system as well as an access control system. The access control system is tied into 5 doors that can be unlocked with a keycard or key fob.  The burglar alarm and access control system can be conveniently monitored with the Virtual Keypad app.
